Terms

Payment: If a taxi pickup is requested, a deposit is required in advance by Direct Bank transfer into a UK bank account. A Paypal option is available. This is non-refundable unless mutually agreed and any cancellation is more than 14 days in advance. This deposit purely covers the cost of taxi for the collection at the airport only and saves our dispatching people should a cancellation be made. The value of this deposit is 1500 Baht (taxi only) or 2500 Baht (taxi and host) or equivalent in appropriate currency. Any balance for other parts of the package is payable in cash only on first evening to our manager. Please DO NOT pay any money to the host or taxi driver (apart from a discretionary tip). Our manager will meet you personally on the first evening to ensure everything is OK and you are happy with our service. He will also give you your package details and emergency contact details.

Our packages assume collection from Bangkok Suvarnabhumi airport. Collection from any other airport or any other place can be arranged for the appropriate change in cost. We can also omit collection completely if required.

Our hosts often are gay. However if they are not they will be understanding and very sympathetic to your sexual preference.

It should not be assumed that our hosts are escorts or sex workers. There is plenty of opportunity to make contacts of this kind once you are here.

Although we are here to ensure you get the maximum benefit from your holiday we are not responsible for your conduct while here. We suggest that you acquaint yourself with the local laws and customs. Some of the main points on this are:

• The minimum age for legal sex is 18
• In a place of high tolerance of sexual freedom, it may surprise you to learn that the following are illegal: Public Nudity, Pornography, Sex Toys.
• There is an open attitude to gay people but please be discrete in public as things such as overt displays of gay affection are not generally accepted.

We are not travel agents or tour operators. Therefore we can not do the following:

• Make hotel bookings (although we do carry a recommended list of hotels) 
• Make air flight bookings.

We will meet you from the plane and accompany you from that point. Responsibility for bookings is yours. Although our return taxi (if required) will be booked in plenty of time to get you back to the airport, we can not be held responsible for any problems caused by delays on the return trip and any possible consequences should the departing flight not be connected with.

Our packages are fully modular and can be tailored completely to suit your requirements. We can make any adjustments you require, just ask.

Each customer will be dealt with on their own. You will not be amalgamated with any other group or people and the service we provide will be exclusive to you. Should you wish to bring a companion on any trips, this is possible, as long as any admission fees are paid as an extra. This can be done at the time of taking the trip. If you are part of a group, again let us know. packages can be designed for groups of any size. However we normally work one to one.

Our trips all cater for the "gay" visitor and particularly the evening entertainment will be designed for you. All you have to do is let the host know your preferences and he will make sure these are taken into account.

If you want to stay in a hotel that is not recommended by us, this is perfectly acceptable, However we can not take any responsibility for the attitude of this hotel to gay visitors or guests. The best way to find out is to ask us and we will do the research before you book.

We do not provide or find traveling companions for you. Any guests or companions you wish to find will be your responsibility. We take no responsibility for the conduct of these guest.

If you require and special trips/visits or have any special requirements, please just ask.

We do not produce a printed brochure as this is often "out of date" before the ink is even dry!" Any changes to your package will be notified to you.

All your details will be kept completely private and not shared with any other company or organisation.
